SHIPPING

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

All orders are sent via COURIER POST from our Palmerston North Based Workshop

Most of our products are fresh and perishable. We aim to have your order dispatched the next available business day.

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We will notify you via email once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped using Courier Post by overnight/ in some cases same day courier, please allow longer for rural deliveries.  Your tracking number will be emailed to you on your shipping confirmation email.

PICK UP

You are welcome to collect your order from our WORKSHOP at 123 Cuba Street, Palmerston North during our normal business hours, you will receive an email notification letting you know when your order is ready to collect and to arrange a suitable pick up time.

DAMAGES

We take care to ensure that your order is packaged well and all orders are clearly labeled as fragile perishable goods.  Once your order leaves the workshop we can not take responsibility for items damaged in transit.  For items damaged in transit please visit contact Courier Post 


PRICING 

From time to time our pricing may change without notice, we try our best to ensure that these changes are minimal and very much justified. 


CLASSES

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing classes suitable for the recipients skill level. If attendees are outside of the intended age of a class and cause the class to be disrupted or interupt the learning and fun being had by the rest of the class, the head teacher reserves the right to ask the disruptive student to leave the class.
