ALL of our bread is designed to be finished off by you, so you can have hot fresh bread when you want it!

You can either keep it in the fridge for up a week before baking or chuck it in the freezer to pull out when it suits you.

Baking is super simple too, with all the instructions on the pack all you need to do is:

  1. Defrost if frozen

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, unpackage the bread and bake for 10-15 mins

  3. eat.

Our 100% SPELT LOAF, has FOUR INGREDIENTS.  Nothing else. Because good bread doesn't need anything else. 

Spelt Flour still contains gluten so is not suitable for Coeliac Sufferers, however Spelt Flour can be a great alternative for people with some wheat intolerances. Do your own research as it does not suit all people. 

Regular customers have found that they can tolerate Spelt where they cannot tolerate wheat flour based breads, which in its self is awesome. Even awesomer is that it tastes fantastic! Its a soft loaf with a slightly nutty flavour, perfect for sandwiches as well as toasting - keep an eye out for our ancient grain 100% spelt loaf coming too!
